Wood Survey and Valuation is a firm of independent Chartered Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are proud to maintain an ISO 9001 accredited quality management system to ensure clients are given the very best property related advice. Situated in the North East of England, we specialise in Surveys, Building Consultancy, Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates for both Commercial and Residential Property. In addition we undertake specialist services including Expert Witness reports, Party Wall surveying and Dilapidation advice.
In 2010 J W Woods celebrated 100 years of serving the Northeast community in property related matters.
