About the Business
Maughan Mitchell is the trading name of Simon Maughan & Associates, an independent firm of chartered surveyors established in 1992 by Simon Maughan specialising in advising and representing clients in relation to Business Rates, commercial lease issues and property portfolio management. In February 2010 Chris Mitchell joined the practice and the trading name changed to Maughan Mitchell. We now have offices in Southampton and Bristol but are active throughout the country.
At Maughan Mitchell we focus on giving a professional but friendly personal service to our clients and place much emphasis on developing a mutually beneficial working relationship. Our objectives are to provide specialist knowledge on a highly informative basis in areas which can often be disruptive and time consuming to clients. Our key goal is to reduce property related costs.
Maughan Mitchell is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our surveyors are all qualified as Members of the RICS.
