WBA was formed by William Blake in 1988 to provide a highly professional Quantity and Building Surveying and Project Management Services to clients in London and the South East. Since our formation we have represented a variety of clients on numerous types and sizes of projects and we have built up a reputation for providing an excellent quality of service. Due to constant political, economic and legal changes in the commercial and construction markets, the need to engage a Chartered Surveyor to represent clients and protect their interests is essential.
It is WBA Ltd's understanding of its clients requirements, combined with a flexible and commercial awareness that define its approach and commitment to each project.
