For over 24 years we have been providing quantity surveying services to clients in the UK and overseas. We are led by Managing Director, Martin Kennedy a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a TeCSA Accredited Adjudicator and CEDR Accredited Mediator. Our specialist team are experts in the fields of commercial management, contractual claims, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. The company has grown substantially and is active across a variety of construction sectors including building, civil engineering, petro-chemical and railway transportation systems - including metros and mainline systems. We represent client bodies, main contractors and sub contractors.
