O'Neill & Barton provides Quantity Surveying, Project Management and facilities management services nationally. Our work is traditionally in the Commercial, Education, Ecclesiastical, Residential and Waste sectors of industry where new construction, alterations, conversions and refurbishment works are undertaken. We work to understand the specific and individual needs of our clients in order to tailor our services specifically to those needs, and ensure we provide our clients with the right expertise to successfully deliver our service and the project. We have extensive experience in working with all forms of procurement including traditional, design & build, partnering and management contracting.
