Stilings Chartered Surveyors

With a history which can be traced back over 160 years Stilings Chartered Surveyors have just that expertise. The present directors Tim and Dennis Pywell, between them have over 60 years experience of inspecting properties in Somerset and the surrounding area, from their offices in Taunton, the county town, and Bridgwater, and providing clear understandable advice to their clients in relation to surveys and valuations, on the condition of houses and all other types of land and buildings.

They can equally well advise you on the state of repair of a terraced house, a detached mansion or business premises. So unless you are confident in your own ability to see through the gloss presented by the agent or vendor to the true condition of the structure and fabric of the building, you should consider asking Stilings to advise you on the condition of the property, of likely foreseeable maintenance and repair, and the normal expectation for repair in any age of building.
