We are General Practice and Building Chartered Surveyors in Southampton. Rutland Chartered Surveyors was established in 1990 and covers an approximate 20 mile radius from Southampton extending to the Christchurch boundary to the west, to Portsmouth and Emsworth in the east and north to include Winchester and its hinterland and to the borders of Salisbury. Rutland Chartered Surveyors are an RICS regulated firm and all valuations are undertaken by RICS Registered Valuers. Rutland Chartered Surveyors are locally based but with a regional knowledge to assist you with your property transactions.
Southampton is centrally placed at the end of the M3 and the east/west connection provided by the M27/A31 and acts as a regional centre for central southern Hampshire. The Docks, with its role as the premier embarkation point for UK based cruises and the Western Docks handling some of the largest container ships in the world, are at the hub of south Hampshire commercial activity.
