We cover the preparation of party wall awards, including party structure notices, for private residential property, offices and shops in London and the surrounding area.
We act for Building Owners, Adjoining Owners and quite often, both! If you are planning a basement conversion, loft room extension, building an infill or rear extension, removing walls or chimney breasts or you live next door to someone who is, then we can act for you. Enfield, North LondonTotally unprofessional and misleading communications around party walls and The Act. Outrageous business practices by this organisation. It is deplorable to prey on people's fears and pit neighbours against one another when there has been no approach or requirement for their services. Cold letter dropping neighbours touting for work is a deplorable way to conduct business.
