Originally providing building and civil engineering quantity surveying services, to both Client and Contracting side, the practice developed to offer project management and CDM Planning Supervision / CDM Coordination Services along with our other services. In line with our constant development, with the April 2015 introduction of CDM 2015, SPA are now CDM 2015 ready. Although a small practice, in house developed computer techniques, together with industry standard software, enable SPA to compete with the larger practices, whilst at the same time offering a highly personalised service.

Maintaining a high level of professionalism, SPA are fully flexible in approach, providing the most suitable service applicable to the individual Client, circumstances and nature of project.
