Being independent means that you receive a completely unbiased report as we act solely on your behalf. You are also able to discuss all aspects of the property and the report directly with the surveyor. We offer the very comprehensive Homebuyers Survey and full Valuation Reports as well as general advice in all aspects of buying a house.
Mark Bennett BSc (Hons) is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and also the Independent Surveyors Association. He has over 20 years experience of the property market in the Sheffield and North Derbyshire area. Mark also owns MBA Lettings & Property Management Ltd and is experienced in all aspects of lettings and property management as both a landlord and an agent.
