About the Business

John Bishop & Associates was formed in 1991 by John Bishop FRICS and Stephen Speight MRICS both Chartered Surveyors and Robert Stevenson BSc.

The aim of the practice was, and remains, to provide valuation and survey advice to major lending institutions and private individuals, to conduct development appraisals, secure planning permissions and local plan allocations, handle the purchase and disposal of land. Subsequently, a bespoke estate agency arm was added to provide residential sales advice in keeping with the professional ethics of the partners.
