About the Business
We are experienced chartered building surveyors, with particular interest and expertise in party wall and neighbourly matters. We advise and act on behalf of developers and adjoining owners from large scale projects, through to small domestic works. The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 sets out the procedure to be followed for building works covered by the Act. Our thorough understanding of the Act will ensure your building works, or works being undertaken by owners of an adjoining property will be undertaken legally in compliance with the Act.
Urban development can generate other neighbourly issues to arise which fall outside the scope of the Party Wall Act, in respect of which we are also able to provide advice and associated services.
