CTG are well known in the educational, commercial and high end residential sectors both in the UK and Overseas. CTG were involved during the development of One Hyde Park and have been retained as the landlord's surveyors, working closely with the management company and operational staff and represent both residential and commercial tenants.

CTG developed a Test Stay regime for One Hyde Park and our clients are now requesting that we develop and implement the scheme as a final functionality check, particularly for design and build projects. Through CTG Design we provide and introduce clients to unique decorative art, accessories, tableware and bespoke decorative art.
