Set up in early 2008, Convert EPC Energy Assessors & Surveyors have conducted and issued 1000's of Domestic and Commercial Energy Performance surveys for our local Property Agents, Solicitors, Solar Installers and private clients. Being involved with the property industry with over 22 years experience and involvement within the property industry, the company has grown into one of the Southwest's most trusted and leading EPC providers. We are listed on Yell, Thomson Directory, Google and the national database for Accredited Assessors, Building Research Establishment 'Bre' and NHER.
We are accredited through the country's leading BRE Global Accreditation Scheme and NHER using sophisticated rdSAP and iSBEM software. Our service has expanded throughout Devon and Cornwall. Data we collect from each assessment is held in digital form for ease of access to our clients and for audit purposes.
