Congreve Horner

The firm was started by Robert Horner in 1972 and is a practice of Chartered Surveyors offering a range of professional services to owners and prospective purchasers of property. The two partners Robert Horner and Andrew Dewhurst are Chartered Building Surveyors and have over 40 and 30 years experience respectively. They are assisted by two Chartered Building Surveyors, an experienced Property Manager and a dedicated and experienced admin team. A former partner, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with almost 40 years experience carries out specialist valuation work as a consultant.

We are a small private practice and offer a personal service to all our private and commercial clients. Although our offices are located in West London we can easily access the whole of the home counties. For major projects and surveys and valuations of larger buildings we cover the whole of the British Isles.
