Senior Surveyor, Alan Milstein says Before every survey I like to speak to my clients to find out exactly what THEY want to know about the property. Sometimes it's just the width of a bay window to see if their sofa will fit, but usually they have concerns about structural stability, possible opportunities for extensions, or want to know about the history of the home they are about to buy. I'm always happy to try to answer their questions as clearly and simply as possible. It's what makes this job so interesting.
