We are a Hampshire based firm of Chartered Building Surveyors offering a broad range of professional services to private and corporate clients. Chartered Surveyors are the foremost and most respected profession in the property field. The qualification of FRICS is accepted and acknowledged as a symbol of expertise. The areas in which we practise include the preparation of Homebuyer Reports, better known as the RICS Homebuyer Report and Valuation, building surveys of residential property and building surveys of commercial property and we are also experienced in the supervision of repair and alteration works which may arise as a result of surveys carried out on behalf of our clients. In the more specialist fields we are experienced surveyors under the Party Wall Acts (the Party Wall etc. Act 1996), we prepare schedules of condition and we prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations.
