When it comes to motivation and enthusiasm for what we do, our Company is streets ahead of the rest. Based in North Manchester and with a wealth of experience and technology at its fingertips, our fully qualified building professionals offer a range of property surveying and architectural design services for both the private and public sectors. As a Company we are fully aware of, and trained in dealing with all major building types and are regulated by strict Codes of Practice defined by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Association of Building Engineers (ABE).
Tony, a corporate surveyor and building engineer, and Ian, a chartered building surveyor, have over 40 years' experience in dealing with all aspects of design, contract administration, project management, building surveys and maintenance/defect analyses. We fully recognise the importance of using technology to improve and refine the way we work.
