We need a surveyor to draft a Land Registry compliant plan to be attached to a Transfer Deed. The transfer is for a slither of land in our garden (on our side of the fence) belonging to the neighbour on the deeds. The plan needs to be very clear and shows that the boundary is aligned with the current fence. Ideally, it would include measurements eg 100cm by 200 cm. Is this something you do, can you give us an indication of costs, please? We are in the Maidenhead area. Many thanks
