Whirledge & Nott is a regional practice of chartered surveyors offering advice to owners and occupiers of property. We were founded in 1988 and have developed into a multi-disciplined solution based service operating from 4 offices.
We offer a high quality progressive service aimed at helping our clients thrive in a fluctuating real estate market whilst maintaining our traditional values. Our expertise extends to Essex, Suffolk, East Herts and East London. We have experience of acting for a large and established client base which has included statutory organisations such as Essex and Suffolk County Councils, local authorities and The Environment Agency.
Institutions such as colleges, private and grant maintained schools and The Royal Agricultural Benelovent Institution. National, international and offshore corporations, trusts and PLCs such as Hanson, Lafarge and Tiptree Jam.
