About the Business
Surveying Devon & Cornwall was born in 2008 following the formation of a partnership between John Collinson and Darren Mugleston. Both are registered valuers and well-known for their problem solving and straight-talking approach to surveying.
Darren Mugleston moved to the South West in 2003, after progressing from a graduate building surveyor to partner with a large practice in the Midlands.
His practise quickly established an excellent reputation for homebuyer surveys and full building surveys of residential properties. In addition he was also instructed by major insurance companies to advise on policyholder claims and by Plymouth City Council on Decent Homes and Housing Health & Safety Rating System inspections.
