About the Business
We are based in leafy Richmond upon Thames and boast over 25 years experience in the industry, specialising in providing building surveying and professional services throughout south west London, Surrey and Middlesex. Since joining the HML group in 2004 we have become the surveyor of choice for many of HML clients, working in partnership with the property management staff, on a number of projects ranging from major redecorations, to surveys and insurance valuations. Managing director, Michael Lee MRICS, heads up both the property management and surveying operations in Richmond, and is responsible for a team of 13 within the surveying team.
He is also on the council, and an Honorary Treasurer for of the Association of Residential Managing Agents. He regularly provides training and speaks at industry conferences. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and ALEP, and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
