Nick King Associates are a small private practice of Chartered Building Surveyors who specialise in the survey and valuation of residential property. We are a completely independent practice with no links to any estate agents or financial institutions involved in the selling of property or the provision of mortgages. Our principal, Nick King B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS has over 20 years experience in the survey and valuation of residential property ranging from modern one bedroomed flats up to large period properties.
Chartered Building Surveyors are members of the Building Surveying Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are regarded as the "Building Doctors" of the property profession. Chartered Surveyors are bound by the strict standards and codes of practice laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Based in Bishops Stortford, East Hertfordshire, we also operate along the M11 corridor into South Cambridgeshire and West Essex.
