We take the time and make the effort to ensure that clients get exceptionally detailed information quickly, especially regarding Building Surveying work, so that they have the information they need in order to make strategically informed decisions. This is espcially important with Valuations where multiple parties are involved.
Much of our business in by "Old fashioned" word of mouth and recommendation from Solicitors and an even higher percentage of this is repeat custom, from happy clients who have used us repeatedly over many years.
