The Company was established in 1987 by Stephen Musson and Matthew Liggins. It is a Nottingham City Centre based Practice but acts for clients, corporate and private, throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Musson Liggins is a General Practice Surveying firm providing a comprehensive range of both conventional and specialist property services. Each Director specialises in widely differing areas of expertise, ably supported by a strong, in depth surveying team along with highly competent administration staff, who work closely to provide what our clients believe, is an excellent all round service.

Having developed a substantial corporate and private client base over years, the Practice provides a wide range of services to include secured lending valuations for the majority of High Street and specialist lenders. The Practice and all individual valuers within the firm are Registered with the RICS in accordance with the Valuer Registration Scheme.
