McQuade Property Consultancy's focus is to provide expert, specialist advice in three main areas; Party Wall Matters, Development Consultancy and Licences for Alteration/Freeholder Consent. Having this focus means that we can consistently deliver successful projects to our clients. All projects are delivered using our bespoke methods and in-house systems.

We are party wall experts. Having represented Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, and acting as Agreed Surveyor, we have successfully agreed hundreds of Party Wall Awards. Our bespoke in-house software streamlines the process and minimises delays - we ensure that we get Party Wall Awards in place with minimum fuss, in the shortest timeframe to allow building work to commence.
