About the Business
McKelvie Lloyd is an entirely independent surveying practice with considerable experience. Principal Neil McKelvie and Consultant Patrick Lloyd have extensive knowledge of most building types. They are both Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Individual surveyors usually work in specific fields of practice. Our company specialises in advising clients about the physical state of repair of buildings, and on the value of residential property. We are based in a rural location near to Banbury, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Shipston on Stour.
Most of our work is undertaken in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and West Midlands, although for established clients and some others we travel further afield.
