About the Business

Neil began his career with British Rail Property Board in Bristol before moving to Oxford in 1988 where he has practised since. He specialises in professional services including lease renewals, rent reviews, commercial valuations and expert witness work. He is also a RICS qualified Arbitrator and Independent Expert. Neil plays terrible golf but can produce an impressive risotto.

David began his career as a project manager with British Telecom before qualifying as a chartered building surveyor in London, whilst with a firm of architects. He moved to Oxford in 1992 where he has practiced since. His specialism is Building Surveying including; pre-acquisition surveys, project management, party wall work and dilapidations. David is an enthusiastic golfer and skier and still plays the occasional game of cricket, he has three children.
