We aim to ensure that the staff are always friendly, helpful and above all efficient. John Smale & Co Barnstaple is run by David Edwards BSc MRICS FNAEA together with his wife Tracy Edwards BA.
David was born and educated in North Devon but with significant work property experience nationally and in the North Devon areas. John Smale & Co have moved to larger 1000 sqft offices at 5 Cross st, Barnstaple, opposite Subway, to aid efficiency and allow expansion.
