James Sellicks Estate Agents is a privately owned multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of the very best prestige and niche properties ranging from a one bedroom city centre apartment to a substantial country house and beyond, spanning three counties from our three prime stylish Offices.
James Sellicks Estate Agents was established in 1997 by James and Polly Sellicks with the help of respected colleagues Charles Beretta and Rita Tailor. The Granby Street premises opened soon after with just three members of staff.
In 1998 James Sellicks formed its Special Projects division to specialise in the sale of new build and city centre apartments, now headed up by Jonathan Cameron. With a wealth of local market knowledge, James Sellicks Special Projects is the market leader in development consultancy and city centre apartment agency. Successes include Colton Square, The Zenith Building, Wheatsheaf Works, and the Digital Media Centre, Phoenix Square.
