Howard Gross Associates was established in 1988 by Howard Gross FRICS, a chartered surveyor who has been a property professional in Dorset and Hampshire since 1974. After 15 years as a successful surveyor/estate agent he turned exclusively to property surveys and valuations, in both the residential and commercial spheres. Howard uses his extensive market knowledge and technical know-how to provide clients with skilled advice and support in acquiring or disposing of property assets.
Since 1995 he has developed an expert valuation and negotiation service to a range of clients in the Leasehold Enfranchisement field. Howard will undertake the valuation and negotiation skilfully and diligently, whether for landlord or tenant. This is an increasingly active area of the business, particularly for lessee(s)/tenants who wish to take advantage of leasehold enfranchisement rights.
