Since our formation in 1978 we have achieved recognition by numerous Government and Local Authority departments as well as the private sector. The company is currently pursuing chartered status from the RICS and is a long standing member of The Survey Association. Our methods are regularly updated in line with ever-changing technological advances; the latest electronic equipment and computer techniques being adopted throughout.
90% of work is undertaken on a fixed price quotation basis. Quotations are normally returned within 24 hours of receipt. Commencement dates obviously vary but average approximately one week from receipt of order. Client queries and work variations are dealt with quickly and efficiently without fuss. An internal Quality Control System is adopted and is in the process of being documented. Any type of project in any part of the world is considered. No task or locality is avoided, in fact we tend to specialise in works of difficult nature in remote or unsavoury localities.
