Gascoignes are independent Commercial Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors established following a Management buy-out from Black Horse Agencies in 1991. The firm's history dates from the mid-1930's when the Gascoigne-Pees family developed a residential Estate Agency business in Surrey.

The present Directors of Gascoignes have been serving the business community for many years, specialising in Commercial and Residential property and offering a wide range of expertise, which includes: Planning & Development, Commercial Management, Rating and Taxation advice, in addition to the usual commercial property services.
