With over 30 years of industry experience Edward can be considered an expert in his field. I set up my private practice in 1986 and provided pre and post contract services on refurbishment and new build projects for my clients in London and the Home Counties. This includes monitoring the design development in accordance with the Employer's Requirements, Building Control and the local planning authority, also dealing with HAPM and NHBC if required.
I have also provided valuations on behalf of my clients for funding from banks, building societies and private finance companies. I am also a commercial energy assessor and provide EPC certificates for commercial buildings to be constructed, sold or let. I have also provided SBEM calculations for numerous new build commercial buildings in accordance with the Building Regulations Part L2A.
