About the Business
Derek Downham and John Hughes started the practice in 1976 and remain committed to private client surveying work in Central London and the South West postal districts. As a practice we do not advertise and all our work comes via recommendation. We have good working relationships with the many individuals involved in the property industry in the areas we cover.
Our aim is to respond quickly to instructions and to provide a friendly and professional service. We carry out building surveys mainly for private clients purchasing residential property.
