About the Business
We belive in looking after our customers. CPT's Managing Director, Leon Peek, has over 45 years of varied experience in the surveying field, working for a number of large corporations, Local Authorities and individuals. Initially Leon worked as a Site Surveyor for National Developers before joining a Local Authority Quantity Surveying team. Eventually, on transferring to their Estates Department resulted in management of Listed Buildings; re-construction of major shopping areas; sale of Council properties and provision of Industrial Small Business Units. A short spell with a Shopfitting Company was followed by a Building Surveying position with a Hampshire Local Authority, during which time (1989) Leon gained his Chartered Building Surveyor qualification.
