About the Business
With many years experience David carries out residential survey and valuation mainly across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire from the Trent to the North Sea. Tom was born at Stamford, brought up on the family farm at Grantham and educated at Oakham. Formerly an Area Director of a national surveying firm, he now enjoys working in a small business environment, and giving a personal service, tailored to clients' needs. Qualified in 1977 he has a wealth of experience in surveying residential property of all types, as well as acting as an expert witness in a variety of residential cases.
Qualified in 1985 having worked in the property industry since 1969. John has lived and worked in Derbyshire and Leicestershire and over the borders into Staffordshire for the whole of that time and has a wealth of knowledge of both values and construction.
