Structural Engineer's Reports are based upon a visual inspection of all accessible parts of the building. This is to determine whether there is any evidence of movement, foundation subsidence or other structural problems. Alex Rosen Associates Ltd provides structural engineering services throughout Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Our services include structural engineer's reports, building surveys, structural design for new-build, extensions and refurbishment, expert witness reports and acting as party wall surveyor.
We specialise in carrying out inspections and surveys on all types of domestic and commercial properties, including historical and listed buildings, of both traditional and non-standard construction. All reports provide clear recommendations and guidance towards remedying any defects identified, including the need for any further investigations or additional specialist input.
