About the Business
Most or the work carried out on your property will be carried out by myself (Graeme Locke).I have been in the construction industry for nearly 30 years and have an extensive knowledge of properties, particularly domestic, gained by qualification and many years of hands on experience.
I started my carrier as a joiner and ran my own small construction business for 18 years. Later I decided that I wanted to know more about building pathology and therefore gained my degree (B.Sc.) in building surveying. Once I had achieved this, I moved on to attain my Home Inspectors Diploma via the Building Research Establishment (BRE).I then worked in the Professional Sector as a building surveyor and valuer were I achieved my Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Following on from this, I worked as a Surveyor for a short period in the Remedial Treatment Industry.
