Trafford Surveyors

So it is vital to make sure you get enough information together to make the best decision. This is where you need a Chartered Surveyor. They will use their experience and expertise to review a property's condition from an impartial perspective.

At Trafford Surveyors, we want to make the process as easy as possible. We have produced some free smartphone Survey Checklist apps that you can use on your iPhone or Android device to help you make an initial assessment of a property when viewing.

The information in the app is prepared by a qualified Chartered Surveyor who is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The apps are available for free now in the Google Play (Android) and Apple (iPhone) app stores.
