Richard Preece MRICS heads Right Surveyors North Wales, an independent property consultancy providing an efficient and personal service tailored to suit the clients' needs. He is a member of the RICS and an experienced professional. Richard, who has worked within the property industry for 30 years is a qualified CDM Co-ordinator and Commercial Energy Assessor, allowing him to give CDM and Energy advise.
Surveys and Valuations are usually undertaken personally by Richard. His experience, expertise and detailed knowledge of local property and current market conditions, mean that he is ideally placed to advise his clients on all sorts of projects and acquisitions, large or small, residential or commercial.
