Moseley has developed the services it provides to reflect the increasing complexity of the development process and the emphasis on accessibility, energy conservation, ecology and sustainability. We work closely with building owners and occupiers and their advisors to ensure that projects meet their objectives, complying with all relevant regulations and requirements, at the best available value and on programme.
Despite the distractions, we have not forgotten our core business in quantity surveying. Many clients still see the value in bills of quantities and we are proud to be able to offer a comprehensive traditional quantity surveying service, as well as the various management and leadership roles required by alternative forms of contract.
