Lawrence Eden Associates has been established since 2007 with the specific aim of providing client friendly, easy to understand and fairly charged professional surveying advice. The Company Director, Winston Lawrence BSc MRICS, is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and registered valuer with over 21 years experience of survey and valuation of residential properties, project management and contract administration of refurbishment projects involving the renovation of both residential and commercial stock working for local authority and private practice organisations.
Our aim is to provide you with services of the highest quality with your needs in mind our priority. The business is based in Enfield, North London with easy access to the M25 providing links to Central and Outer London post codes. Our "area of operation" is based within the M25 focusing North, North-West and Central London.
