Working extensively in London and Oxfordshire, experienced chartered building surveyor Stephen Howes (BSc MRICS) provides full building surveys as well as Homebuyer Reports for property owners and purchasers.

All reports are jargon-free, comprehensive yet readable, and include a full photographic record of defects discovered during the building survey, as well as a detailed summary of relevant findings. You are welcome to discuss any issues related to your survey with Stephen, both pre- and post-inspection.

Stephen does not sub-contract surveys to less qualified or inexperienced staff but will carry out your survey personally. With over 30 years’ experience working with properties in London and throughout the South East, and 20 years’ experience supervising the repair of period buildings, he has extensive knowledge of the theory of building construction and is well qualified to diagnose property defects.
