Devon Property Surveyors

Devon Property Surveyors are chartered surveyors, able to carry out residential building (or structural) surveys, homebuyer reports and residential or commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Based in Budleigh Salterton, we are able to carry out surveys and EPCs across the South West including Exeter, Sidmouth, Exmouth, Honiton, Torquay, Newton Abbot and Plymouth. Devon Property Surveyors Ltd offers a personal but professional property surveying service and prides itself on a high level of customer service, helping clients through the home buying process.

As well as providing a comprehensive property survey to a client, advice can be given on specialist reports that may have to be obtained or legal and valuation issues that may arise from the survey. We are more than happy to liaise with other professionals involved in the purchase such as the Estate Agent, Mortgage Adviser, Solicitor or Specialist Contractor.
