Quantity Surveyors are construction cost managers! We are involved with the capital expenditure (the feasibility), design & construction phases of a project, but can also assist with extension, refurbishment, maintenance & demolition. We work in all sectors of the construction industry, residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, agricultural, retail & infrastructure utilities. Do you need assistance? The benefits of quantity surveying to a construction project are many, but perhaps the quantity surveyors abilities and expertise to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality are often seen as the priority requirements by clients.
