About the Business
Andy Blake is the principle estimator within the company. He has been working in the construction industry for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience in domestic and commercial new build projects, refurbishment and extension of dwellings including historic buildings. He continues to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for contractors and cost plans for developers.
Aaron, Andy Blake's son, joined the company in 1991 and has become the principle quantity surveyor providing contractors and developers with dilligent post contract financial management and cost control on new build and refurbishment projects which range in value from just a few thousand pounds to over 3 million pounds.
