Baddeleys is an independent family firm based in Lancaster with over 30 years of experience in house surveys throughout the north west, including homebuyer reports and property valuations. As qualified members of the Royal Institute Of Chartered Suveyors (RICS), we pride ourselves on the quality of our communication and take the time to understand our customers' circumstances. That's why so many of our clients return and recommend us to family, friends and acquaintances. Many firms try to offer numerous property services, but we prefer to focus our attention on what we do best - and we do it rather well, even if we do say so ourselves.
