This type of survey is particularly suitable for older properties, those of non-standard or more complicated construction such as historic, timber framed, and period properties, and those which are altered or extended.

We find this the most popular report and provide you with a concise overview of the condition of the property. The survey will identify the serious defects and major items of cost. It will also provide a reinstatement cost and open market valuation. This type of report is ideally suited for post 1930 houses which have not been extensively altered or extended.
